The Forge is one of our most ground-breaking buildings. Inspired by its industrial past and built for the future, it’s our first net zero carbon workplace. The Forge features two boutique office buildings – Bronze, a Grade A workplace, and Phosphor which offers flexible workspace with Myo. Both buildings surround a public courtyard.

Maffeis Engineering is responsible for the Third-Party Check / Monitoring Role of the ground floor facades (stick / precast / generic) and 1-party (RIBA Stage 5/RIBA Stage 6).
