Our offered services range from tenders to concept, preliminary, detail and construction design, covering all project phases across five continents.

In the Concept phase, collaborating with architects, designers, and general contractors, we provide feasibility studies, material definitions, Value Engineering solutions to be in line with the project’s budget, and digital prototype models that represent clearly the technology chosen, as well as presenting several options and ideas, showing different technical solutions while checking the feasibility based on our construction experience.

The dedicated team then passes on to Schematic design, fixing the dimensions of principal components, defining the main materials, studying typical details, solving the main construction and installation issues and checking the building’s performances through structural, thermal and acoustic analysis.

During the Detail design phase of the design process, the scheme is refined into the final design. Here, it becomes important to give individual attention to each aspect, each space and each detail of the project: this is the part of the project where the technical problems are solved and the details are discussed with the architects, while finalizing the related documentation that can be used as full tender package.

Last but not least, during the construction phase our team can provide the full set of specialist drawings for approval and following production drawings. Our deep experience in this phase, allows us to support our clients during specific approval procedures, such as CSTB certification and similar.
